The TFportable 1010 series are practical and compact devices. Fast and contactless, they allow the sheet resistance measurement of different types of surfaces which are not always compatible with 4-point in-line or Hall Effect measurement. These portable devices also allow the measurement of hidden and encapsulated layers. They are user friendly and are controlled via a touch screen.
