Microworld offers you a complete range of accessories and sub-assemblies supplied with the probe station, integrated and put into operation during installation.
They can also be retrofitted in most cases.
Dark boxes
These boxes are used to isolate the component under test of external disturbances such as light or magnetic radiations during probing analysis
• Size, configuration and connections are customized per application
• The biggest model contains the entire test station while the basic model is more like suitcase-type 
• Dark box or Faraday cage depending on the application and filtering needed​

From the basic joystick model to the high-end submicronic version, our positioners are used on all types of probers to access conductive pads or lines down to the micron
• Economical models include three control knobs on each side and rear
• Highest models have in-line knobs preserving maximum space on the platen
• A high frequency RF range is available
• Hold down to the platen is magnetic or by vacuum or bolt-down (RF versions)

This low cost micropositioner was developped for hybrids probing or general probing on 500 µm and larger pads.

- The joystick positioner S750 will accept standard probe holders model Ux.
- A large scan area is coupled with the adjustable Z movement.
- The base is magnetic and the overall dimensions particularly low.
- The spring probe clamp is isolated from the rest of the body while maintaining electrical conductance through a wire termination.
- A model S750-1 with joystick extension is available for more precision of positioning.

High-precision micropositioner with inline controls knobs, the SP100 will allow easy landing on pads as well as internal lines within micron accuracy.

- The down Z movement of the tip is totally vertical.
- The knobs with micrometric graduations (100TPI) allow an optimal density on the platen.
- Pivot head (Quick down Z for pre-positioning then fine movement) or Standard head with Z knob.

High-precision ultra-stable micropositioner with inline controls knobs, the SP150 will allow easy landing on pads as well as internal lines with a submicron accuracy.

- The down Z movement of the tip is totally vertical.
- The knobs with micrometric graduations (100TPI) allow an optimal density on the platen.
- Standard head (down movement by the Z fine knob) or Pivot head for a quicker Z positioning.
- The SP150 today represents the state-of-the-art in term of accuracy of positioning.

This micropositioner, which is specific to ultra-high frequency RF measurements with a milimetric head, accommodates frequency multipliers.

- An integral co-planarity adjustment provides for adjusting multicontact planarities (GS, GSG, GSGSG configurations).
- It is available with various head configurations allowing the microwave head to be introduced from the front, rear.

Probe holders
The probe holders are standard for passive, coaxial / triaxial isolated probes, they are used with all positioners of our range except RF models
• Standard model U serie for probe tip of diameter up to 0.6 mm
• Coaxial model with 50 ohm cable and BNC connection
• ​Triaxial version offering a very low noise level <2A when used with a dark box and triaxial chuck
• High Voltage version leakage current <1nA, factory tested up to 1500V

Antivibration Tables
An efficient filter of vibrations induced by the environment allow placing probe tips in contact with very small structures. Regardless of the test station designed for fine probing or not, the use of an antivibration support is necessary in most cases.
• The tables are available in two categories : Passives (with marble platen) or suspended on air cushion
• The size of the platen is adapted to the equipment to support
• Choice of options : Tabletop for monitor, rolling wheels... 
• Applications : For all equipment where environmental vibrations need need to be low to operate properly
