Our test tips and probes complete the configurations and provide a response adapted to your technical specifications. Ideal for standard applications, low currents and low signals with high noise, power and RF applications.
Standard range of probe tips for all pad size including very small or internal lines, lenght 19 to 50 mm, diameter 0.51 or 0.6 mm • Two series : All Tungsten body or small-tungten-wire (flexible) • Tip radius down to 1/10 of micron • Special models are available for non-standard materials, difficult to contact or very-specific-nature... • The probe tips are mounted on the standard or coaxial probe holders
The coplanar probes are designed for high frequencies RF microwaver probing up to 750GHz with various tips configurations • Configurations style GSG, GS, SG or dual GSGSG... • Low insertion loss • Individual contacts seated on springs allow a perfect contact on non totally flat surface • Pitch 50 micron to 1.2 mm • Wavelenght guide input on certain models • Calibration substrate for each specific configuration supplied separately
The Kelvin Coaxial Probes are designed for low-level signal probing in high-current applications, the probe's single unit design is especially desirable for the best possible electrical characteristics. • Resistor series /parallel configurations available in option • The probe contact protrudes from the shielding by .150" (3mm) to maintain low-level signal noise to the probe • The connector is a standard SSMC • True-Kelvin option with the SCA250
Probes for analysis under needes of sensitive components requiring a very small input capacitance • Frequencies wavelenghts fro DC to several GHz • Mounting on an active arm dedicated to the positioner being used
Our range of probers accept rectangular probecards, 4.5" wide, with a flat connector on one end • Design and fabrication are made according to the die and test specifications • Up to 256 channels with standard or coaxial isolation • Some probecards can work at high frequencies • Specific serie designed for high temperatures up to 300°C • Production probecards for automatic probers available
