ABOUT OUR Hot plate
Hot plates can be used in several applications, from biology to semiconductors. Perfect for research laboratories.
This equipment makes it possible to heat, and in some cases cool using the Peltier method, a sample to observe these parameters as a function of temperature.

Equipments:

• HCP-400-S-100: Sample up to 100mm - Temperature range: -120°C to 400°C
• MW-TC104S: Sample up to 100mm - Temperature range: -20°C to 120°C

Specifications:

• Different sizes available for samples with a diameter of 45mm to 300mm
• Round or square chuck
• Liquid nitrogen cooling
• Integration on 4-point system or on request
