The TFLab series are compact devices ideal for fast and accurate measurements without contact (Eddy Current Method). Compatible with all types of conductive and semi-conductive samples up to 200mm diameter. They exist in several versions and thus allow measurements of sheet resistance, resistivity, thickness, anisotropy, permissivity thanks to their integrated calculation software.
